Was born on Wirral Merseyside, now live in Chelmsford Essex, I started to play piano at age of 10.

Studied music at Dartington College of Arts where I achieved a BA Hons in music. Played in a college band called 'Roger Shoe' with weird time signatures, played in London before splitting up and getting job as a teacher now teaches music in Southend.

Enjoy writing my own songs in a side project with old friends called 'Nurse' recently realised how much I liked beach boys and Brian Wilson - Pet Sounds in particular -

Played my first gig with Al's Surfin Beach Boys at Luton Library Theatre, May 2007.
